James Maroney is an Emmy Award-winning videographer who has been creating video productions since 1984.
One of his first endeavors was creating and producing a magazine show, "North Shore Perspectives," which covered cultural and historical events on the North Shore of Boston.
Maroney also created "Eye on the Town" and the off-beat "Hittin' the Streets with Jill and Jim," which gained popularity in the North Shore community.
In addition, he worked at WNSH, a radio station in Salem, MA, spinning 50's and 60's music and worked his way up to the morning drive-time slot as the announcer for a news magazine show. He then moved on to WBAQ, a North Shore FM Station hosting a public affairs show. |

Maroney was then hired as Senior Videographer and Editor by AT&T Broadband's award-winning political magazine show, "New England Political Review." (NEPR)
With Comcast, Maroney worked on a variety of programming, including politics, entertainment, marketing, and home improvement.
More recently, Maroney established his own production company, Jamar Video. His latest projects include a documentary on the Elliott Chambers Fire as well as videos for business websites, political candidates, and weddings. |
